• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business-related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive background in IT operations and cybersecurity, with 7-12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience managing people and managers
• Must have a background in security platforms such as Bitdefender, Proofpoint, and M365/Azure.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages like PowerShell, Python, and SQL.
• Industry certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
• Experience with IT and Data Privacy frameworks like NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills in collaborative environments to drive cybersecurity strategies and initiatives.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
