Job Title: FP&A Analyst (Junior-Level)

Location: Onsite, 5 Days/Week - 800 Town & Country Blvd, Houston, TX 77024

Employment Type: 6+ months contract, 40 hours/week

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Company Overview:
Our client, a subsidiary without its own infrastructure, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join their team. This is a high-priority role as the previous incumbent recently left, and they are looking to move quickly on the right candidate.

Position Summary:
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses.
Consolidate and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership review.
Identify and explain trends, variances, and key drivers in financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.
Assist in ad-hoc financial modeling and business case analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a corporate FP&A function is preferred
