Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Chino Facility)

Department: Operations

Reports to: Assistant Distribution Manager

Primary work locations: Chino, CA facility with occasional travel to Fullerton, CA

Core Responsibilities:

• The operations supervisor will assist the DC manager with day to day operations at the Chino facility. With the primary focus on outbound/shipping.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Reviews and provides

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruits, interviews, hire, and trains new staff.
• Update SOP (standard Operating Procedures) wherever necessary.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Assist with any audit whenever necessary
• Training of staff and adherence to company policies.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leading a team with over 25+ employees.
• interpersonal and customer service skills.
• organizational skills and attention to detail.
• time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years related experience require
  1. Omni Channel preferred
  2. Customer compliance

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary Range:$24.00 - $25.00 DOE

Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.

Location:

This position will be working in our Chino distribution center, with occasional travel to our Fullerton distribution center.
